Harko and Irawadi to the Brussels Dog show.
Even a very thick carpet of snow and icy roads could not stop Luc, Harko and Irawadi to get up early in the morning to go to Brussels.
A total of 33 Leonbergers have participated in the show. These were judged by judge van Raamsdonk (B)
Meus Amicus Harko won the fourth place in open class males and got the appreciation: Excellent!
Iwardi Vom Lowegarten also got the fourth place in open class female dogs and got the appreciation: Excellent!
After a nice show day, they came back tired but happy and safe home.
viewSunday 26.12.2010 Hageland Christmas Show.
In a magical Christmaslandscape, we left with the "Jingles-bels ..." to Hageland Christmas Show.
With traditional Christmas hats, Harko, Gina and J'Adore (ke) have participated to the show.
Harko got the first place with an Excellent in open class males and became BOB, he was allowed to enter the main ring where he won the fourth place in Group 2.
Gina got the first place with an Excellent in open class females.
J 'Adore got the first place with a very promising and could enter the main ring and was appreciated as the best Leonberger Puppy.
The show was too long and our dogs got tired and felt asleep of Santa Claus, who meanwhile had gone to Lapland.

After the hectic time on the Christmas market, we all slept very well.
We were just woken up when we all went by car to the dog school.
Incredible all those different dogs, big, small, fat, thin, black, white ... we could not believe our eyes.
It was very cool! play ... hopefully we will often return to the dog school! We like it there very much.
And after class, a big hug from the teacher ....

Saturday 11 December.
Vivian and Dirk from the Leonberger Club came in the morning to visit our puppies.
Our puppies got the best appreciation on every point of view!
The six brothers, three sisters and mom happy together in the car for our first big outing!
And what a success on the Christmas market in Huldenberg. We couldn't imagine better socialization test.
We were flattered by everyone and got lots of attention from all the toddlers.

This week we our J-nest (now six weeks old) have participated to the Winter Olympics for puppies.
They all got the golden medal for obstacle running and snowboarding.
The young athletes were sponsored by Happies' nature mothermilk

It was a big party in in Kortrijk !
During the two-days dogshow
3 305 dogs have been judged.
48 Leonbergers did their presentation and were judged by judge Van Montfoort (NL)
Meus Amicus Harko between nine other males in the open class.
and he won the first place with an excellent !
After that he wad judged in the champion class. He got the second place and got a RCACIB,
his dad Meus Amicus Fenno won the first place and CAC. Wait dad till I became big !
Irawadi Von Lowengarten got the fourth place and got as well an excellent appreciation.
She was judged with 10 other participants in the open class females.

While our puppies are growing considerably, our other dogs are still allert.
Occasionally they come to watch the puppies. They find it nice to have puppies in the house but they still prefere to play outside even if the weather is very very bad.
Today our dog J'Adore got her first swimming lesson and she did very well.

After the birth of the puppies event, Harko and Irawadi could go again and do their best on the show.

Very good news!
Saturday 23 of October: Happy and Voule gave birth to nine little Leonbergers, six males and three females.
They were born between 8.00 and 17.00. Our Happy has done very well.
A standing ovation from our pack the our happy couple. And many hugs from us.
